If you are feeling blocked at your desk, can you go to cafe and work? If you aren't able to workout at home, maybe it might be good idea to try a gym? If you can't fall asleep, maybe it might be better to take a walk and then come back?
If you have too much on your plate, what are the things you can put for later? If a project is ambiguous, can you try to identify 3 action steps that can help you move forward?
It doesn't help to keep trying the same thing that isn't working. What are the variables that we can change? Even though it might feel like we can't change anything, there is always some scope for agency.
